One-on-One fitness sessions that are a specialized form of personal training tailored to the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals with neurological conditions, such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or traumatic brain injury. This personalized training approach aims to enhance physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life while accommodating the specific limitations and requirements of each client. Sessions focused on Adaptive fitness neuro recovery/Adaptive fitness for health & wellness/Adaptive fitness as a supplement to physical therapy.
Recommended re-assessment every 6-8 weeks following consistent ongoing sessions only.
Wellness Assessment and Medical Release required before starting individual program
