Hi! I'm Tina

 Tina the Executive Director and Founder of BarrowFit Exercise Therapy & Wellness Inc. I am a National Association of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. I have been able to see the trainsformations of exercise for those living with Parkinson's, and I wanted to be a part of helping those take control of their Parkinson's symptoms. It's so much more than medicine. We have extended our specialties to include becoming a PWR!MOVES certified instructor Rock Steady Boxing Coach, an OhioHealth Delay the Disease instructor. an Alzheimer's qualified instructor, ACE Orthopedic fitness specialist, ACE Weight Management specialist, a qualified Health and Wellness coach.

Theresa Niewiadomski, LSW has 30 plus years of experience as a Licensed Social Worker. She has worked for the local Area Agency on Aging for 18 years and is currently their Family Caregiver Support Specialist. Theresa has successfully facilitated several family caregiver support groups since 2020.

She has helped 100s of caregivers one on one over the phone or by email and has connected with numerous community resources such as The Alzheimer’s Association, Parkinson’s Association, Probate Court, Vantage Aging, and The Oak Clinic for Multiple Sclerosis.

She is also a former Master Trainer in Powerful Tools for Caregivers, Certified Caregiving Consultant via Caringyears.com, Certified in Dementia C.A.R.E.S. under Health Care Initiative, and is currently in the process of obtaining certificate in Caregiving Group Facilitation.

Theresa has turned her passion for supporting family caregivers into her personal business with Creative Caregiver Support, LLC. This business will allow for freedom of connection with other local small businesses in wellness to support the physical, mental and emotional concerns of caregivers.

 Victoria is the owner of Going Beyond Bookkeeping that provides services to clients in a wide range of industries across the US. Victoria will serve as our board Treasurer and has a
Bachelors of Business Administration from Cleveland State University,

Kelly works at AdvoCare Clinic with Dr. Steve Davis MD

Kelly is our outreach and marketing director, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to expand the organization's reach, enhance its visibility, and drive revenue growth. Kelly will oversee all aspects of marketing, communications, and public relations to effectively promote the organization's mission and programs.

 Lauren has an Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Kent State University. Laruen has a background in healthcare as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant working with those with neurological conditions in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. She is passionate about helping individuals with neurological conditions increase independence and continue to participate in activities they love. Lauren will be running current and future programs and also assisting in the development of new programs.
