Become a New Client:

 Our Orientation Session is a key step in getting you started. This session will give you an overview of our programs, help us understand your fitness goals, and ensure that we select the right classes and services for you. During the orientation, we'll cover:

• Introduction to our available programs and assessments
• Explanation of how our programs can help you manage your neurological condition
• A chance to meet our expert instructors and ask any questions you may have

 After your orientation, we will schedule a Fitness Assessment to evaluate your current fitness level and tailor a personalized plan to help you reach your wellness goals. This assessment ensures that we customize exercises and activities to meet your specific needs.

• Assessment Details:
  The assessment includes a variety of mobility, strength, and endurance tests, which will be performed by one of our trained professionals.

Once your assessment is complete, you’ll be able to register for classes that fit your needs and goals. We offer a variety of fitness and wellness classes designed for individuals with neurological conditions, including: Rock Steady Boxing and PWR! Moves
